Payment and Billing
Reconstructive Surgery
- Is usually billed through insurance. The initial consultation
fee is billed according to the Medicare code, and varies according
to the complexity of the problem. You should be prepared to pay
up to $350 of the initial consultation fee at the time of the visit.

Cosmetic Surgery
- The initial cosmetic consultation fee is $100; this is deducted
from the surgical fee if the procedure in question is booked. It
is our practice's policy that all fees for procedures shall be paid
in advance. Fees may be paid by personal check, credit card (Master,
Visa, Discover), or cash. Fees must be paid at least two business
weeks prior to performance of the procedure.
After the initial consultation, you will have a clear perspective
of the alternatives offered, what procedure is right for you, the
risks and limitation of results associated plastic surgery in general
and the procedure you have chosen.
Based on that information you will be offered a comprehensive package
outlining all the costs associated with the procedure you have chosen.

The Package Includes the following
fees:
- Surgical Fee.
- Facility Fee.
- Anesthesia.
- Post-operative visits after procedure.
- Aesthetician services essential to the
success of the procedure.
Costs Not Covered in the Package
- Additional services and prescription medications are the responsibility
of the patient. Complications arising from the procedure requiring
additional medications or hospitalization are the responsibility
of the patient. Insurance plans may not cover these expenses.
